    How can I post a blog direct to my site from Microsoft Word?

    Hi there,

    You can, but it’s not recommended as Microsoft Word is a word processor and not a web publishing tool.

    If you do need to paste content from Microsoft Word, you can do so by selecting your content in your Word document and pasting it directly into the Visual Editor in WordPress.com. Not all formatting will carry over cleanly, so you may need to tweak some settings.

    If you want to use a desktop app to publish to your blog I recommend using the official WordPress.com app:
