Posting a comment on anothers blog post

When I try to post a comment on someone’s blog post I get a message saying I don’t own that identity. My user name is correct or at least matched the one listed on my account.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s because your blog is on it’s own domain and you are trying to comment on a Blogger blog but their software does not recognize your identity. See here http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2013/08/10/crazymaking-blogger-comment-settings/
Also note that you have posted to the wrong support forum. In the future you must post to the wordpress.ORG support forum.
We provide support only for blogs being hosted WordPress.COM and not for WordPress.ORG software installs. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Thank you. I get confused with the two wordpress forums and hosted and non hosted sites. I appreciate you clearing this up for me.
