How do I upload a document, not as a link? For example, if I want to upload a PDF of my resume, I want viewers to be able to view my resume ON my blog. They shouldn’t have to click a link to take them to my resume. How do I do this?

I looked at all of those tutorials, and none of them produce the end result that I’m looking for. As far as documents, they still just insert a link, but that’s not what I’m wanting. I want to post the full document on the page, without having to click on a link.

My 2¢/I also recommend that if you are posting a resume, which presumably will change with time, you embed it from Scribd or Issuu or upload it to a service like dropbox or Cloudup rather than your own site’s Media Library.
The reason is that Public sites, including the Media Library, are indexed and cached by search engines. You may not want your resume cached online in the long run.

Hi all :) @justjennifer and @timethief gave great advice. Can you try uploading to cloudup.com , kathrynlouisehyer, then inserting that link into your post or page?
That will embed the document, and as Jen pointed out, it will allow you to edit the document without changing is link.
