posting a help request using the contact form – like I am now – Help!
-
I have already posted a question, but I cant find it. Help. I wont be able to find this one either, so I am starting to get frustrated. My stupid blog page displays my entire blog entry, for each blog entry I post. Where is my Blog post list page? How do I make one? Why is there not a number I can call to speak to someone who can actually help? Why am I left t to blindly seek for help, in the dark? I don’t want to have to look through hours of forum blogs to find something that might come close, nor to find my own post asking for help. Nothing is perfect, but the happiness team is not labeled correctly, it should be labeled here are the people we don’t let you get in touch with, and they are happy about it. Why do you let me leave a forum request, but no way to find it to see if someone left a response? I am certain this is a user problem, but it is still frustrating.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

So I found the forums, by posting a help request and have book marked it. At least I can now do what I don’t want to, search for hours for an easily answered question; I am certain. Lord with a blessing.

What is it that you would like to see on your blog post page?
If you would like to see the title of your post and a few words as a teaser you can use ” more” tag in your post:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/more-tag/
In contrast, “Excerpts” function is optional and is somewhat theme dependent but gives another option to consider:
If these 2 don’t fill your need, you could explore display posts shortcodes on a static page.
Both the forums and the support documents are very helpful.
Here is the gateway to the support documents.
https://en.support.wordpress.comKeep posting your questions. I think you will find the responses in the forums helpful. Members and staff are genuinely motivated to help.
