Posting a link in Facebook shows content from “About” section

When I post a link to my blog in Facebook, the text underneath the link is to the “About” section of my blog and not the content of the blog post itself. The result is that it appears that the content of each link is identical to all those before it, and I am concerned that people won’t click as they will think it is the same as before. Does anyone know of a way to resolve this?

An example can be seen by going to the Facebook page for my blog and looking at the wall posts that are links to my blog: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Apple-Eaters/97497668877

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I think that must be theme related, as it does NOT happen with one of my WP.com blogs, but does with my independent WP one. I would report it to staff, since FB links are very important. They rarely fiddle with existing themes, but they might tweak it a little for that.

In the meantime, I would just type in the title and a snippet of the post, or some “Read on for more shocking news about The Adventures Of Michael Jackson’s Sequined Glove” or something. And I do find you always want the very LAST thumbnail it offers you.
