posting a page

  I want to add a contact page to the section of the blog at the top where it says “Home” and “About”, so it would say “Home”, “About,” and “Contact.’ My other blog enables me to do this, but for some reason this new blog won’t. It is the Sela theme.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Create a Page first. https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
  Create a custom menu. https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/#1-create-a-custom-menu
  Add all the pages https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/#adding-pages and other items you want to display in the menu.
  Order them as you wish. https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/#changing-the-order-creating-sub-menus
