posting a post to sections under the navigation

  I am making a post that I want under a certain section under my widget navigation bar. But I also want it to post on the home page as my latest blog. I also want to add different tags to each individual posts, can I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you can do all three.

  Sounds like you want to use the navigation menu widget, correct?

  When you post your latest post, it should be at the top of your post page if you set up your post page as your front page:

  Set the Homepage

  And with each post, you can add tags to each individual post as well:

  Organize Posts with Tags
