posting a video

  I’m am looking to post a video I took on my phone of a class assignment in action. It’s part of my homework to post updates of my progress in the class. I don’t what to post the video on another forum then share or embed in a blog post. Is posting directly to Word Press possible?

  Video posting is mostly done by using video services.
  If you want to upload and host your video files on your blog, you can do that with VideoPress, which is included with the WordPress.com Premium and WordPress.com Business plans.
