  I am trying to post a video, who do I do that?

  Aloha education1013, You can upload your own videos using VideoPress, which is included with the Premium and Business WordPress.com plans.

  Alternatively, WordPress.com allows you to embed videos for free from a number of sites such as YouTube, Vimeo, and Flickr.
