    I have an established account on WordPress, but I’d like to create another website that does not publicly share my real identity. Is there a way for me to do that without creating another WordPress account?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    If you don’t want to show your name/username on your new site, the only way is to create another WordPress.com account with your desired username (which can be anonymous).

    You can create the site on this account and invite yourself using a different email address so that you can create a second account on the site. That way, when publishing posts, you can assign the other account as the author. But if you forget to do that (change the author) while publishing a post from this account, your username could be shown on the new site.

    So it may be best to create the site completely on a different WordPress.com account.
