Posting blog post on to my pages

  Hi I was wondering can someone help me, I have created a menu with 3 pages on it, I want one of the pages to be all my blog post but I am really struggling as to how I do it! When I’m writing a blog post and go to publish it, none of my pages come up, only categories and tags. Is there something I am doing wrong? I am so confused and really not techno savvy, if someone could help I would really appreciate it!!
