Posting blog posts automatically while away–how to do this, if at all?

  I just read a blog hosted by Blogger (in Australia, I guess) and while the blogger attends a symposium in England, her written-ahead posts are being posted automatically, even though she is nowhere near a keyboard. Is it possible to do this using WordPress?
