Posting comments not working

  This is the second day this issue has been going on.

  When I post comments on other bloggers’ sites, after hitting “Post Comment”, my comment just… poofs. There is no “your comment is awaiting moderation” or any other warning/ error. This seems to be selective. Does not happen on every blog, but it sure happens 90% of the time. And yes, I have previously posted comments on these bloggers before and it was fine. Are my comments going to spam for some reason? (I don’t see why they would.) Any info would be helpful. I will keep running diagnostics on my end, too.

  Hi, can you send links to a few sites where you’re having this issue? If they are on our servers we can take a look.

  Actually it looks like you’ve started a number of threads and tickets and that you have been working directly with Akismet. I can see they are waiting on a response from you (to a similar question re: which posts you are commenting on.) Please respond to them and we’ll close the extra threads. Thanks :)
