Posting comments on other blogs

When I leave a comment on someone’s blog, and select the ID for WordPress, I have to type in the name of my blog every time. Is there a way that this can be done (almost) automatically.

I have put in link to my blog on my profile.

(Apologies if I haven’t explained this well enough.)

I’m not sure if I follow. If you are logged in, it will fill in all the personal information for you when you go to comment on someone’s WordPress.com blog. If you aren’t logged in, you’ll be asked to fill in your name, email address, and optional web site URL.

Do you mean other blogs outside WP.com that support OpenID? I remember that blogspot/blogger.com uses this feature, and you have to insert your blog name if you chose WP.com as your OpenID identifier. Maybe it’s better to ask that question to the company that host that particular blog (or to OpenID website, if they have one) instead of asking it here.
