Posting Cuts!

When we publish the post it automatically delivers the message “Continue reading” after some words. What we really want is the post to be displayed complete. So that readers can read the post in just a look, without needing to make a new click in “Continue Reading”.

We don´t know if this issue is related to the Theme we are using “Griselle”, or we are just missing some information.

    Thank you!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Only a few themes have this feature but most do not so you have two options.

    1. Change to a theme that does not have this feature.

    2. Use the excerpt function
On a theme that has an active excerpt box below the post editor, like Grisaille does you can control the length of the excerpt displayed and even override it to display a whole post. This will have to be done on every post. This is the workaround you can use to override excerpt display on the front page.

When creating a post or page on your WordPress.com blog, you have two editing modes available to you: Visual Editor and Text Editor (HTML).

You compose your whole post first in the Visual editor and before you publish it you switch to the HTML (Text) editor, copy all the code you find there, paste it into the Excerpt box, and publish the post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/excerpts/#creating-excerpts
