That’s just the account that you have set it to Publicize to. You’ll need to reconnect with a different account: http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#reconnecting-twitter

no you still don’t understand, it sends it to my chapinleather twitter acct it posts the right post but it has a
by @artbychapin @artbychapin before the body text of the article.
please look at the photo again. -
in addition to that I’ve disconnected and reconnected the twitter account several times.

I do understand, and have seen this before. It is typically corrected by reconnecting with Twitter (make sure that you do the full procedure, including clearing your browser’s cookies).
If that made no difference, then the issue is cached on Twitter’s end. It can usually take 24 hours for that clear, so I recommend contacting them if you see no difference this time tomorrow.
-
Yep I’ve done that so I guess I’ll just have to wait till the server undergoes maintenance thanks

This is not an issue on our end and has nothing to do with server maintenance.
It is an issue on Twitter’s end.
-
it doesn’t make sense since twitter accts are all separate and completely different emails etc and my WP are all under one umbrella. Explain to me how twitter would connect two accts in a posting when they aren’t together in any way? where as on my WP acct they are all under one acct. at any rate, I’ve been on computers since 1991 and I’ve seen similar effects from corrupted kernels do this until it cleared out by maintenance. Nothing I can do about it at any rate.

Corrupted kernels cause wide-spread system stability issues (failures and crashes) across the entire server (affecting several thousand WordPress.com blogs), they do not cause random name attribution issues between one WordPress.com blog and Twitter.
Earlier, your WordPress.com blog was connected to the wrong Twitter account. The reconnect fixed this on our end, but Twitter runs a cache which stores data so they do not have to request it every time the tweets are viewed.
Twitter will eventually clear this cache, thus bringing in the correct data, but as we have no control over Twitter, we can’t say when this will happen.
