posting from flickr

  rather than setting up a special account with flickr for this project, is it possible for people to post to my blog using their own flickr acct., tag their pict. with a designated keyword and have the flickr widget on my site show picts. tagged with this tag?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No. The only way anyone can “post” anything to your blog is by your making them an official user of the blog and choosing a user riole that allows them to post images.
