Posting in Multiple Languages

  Hi,

  I was wondering if there is a way to set up your site so that user can toggle between languages when on your pages? I know a lot of themes have “translation-ready” configs, but what does that mean? I am looking to set up a site with multiple pages in three languages, and need to know if that is possible via a wordpress.com account.

  Maybe set up three blogs, one for each language, with the same theme, and cross link them?
