posting in pages

  i want to post in a page how do i do it?
  ive posted and it went into my home page!
  ah and how i put a pic at the middle?

  Go to Dashboard. Then press ‘Write’. You will get two labels – Write post and Write page. Press Write Page. And then you get your pages. The Upload button at the bottom shows you how to upload pictures. Why don’t you check: http://faq.wordpress.com/
  Here you will get these questions answered.
  In some themes one page appears in the right sidebar (Andreas) and the titles of all pages also appear on the home page.
  If you do not want this, change the theme.
