Posting iPhone4 videos on my MAC, right side up instead of upside down

Using the MAC computer: I know that this has been discussed before, but will someone please give me step by step instructions as to how to proceed after saving the video file to iPhoto. I understand that it needs to be imported into iVideo and then exported back to iPhoto,— and then what so that I can find the file in order to post it on my blog? I was unable to accomplish the entire procedure correctly.

I have seen these responses before but was unable to rotate before uploading (iPhoto would not let me edit a video) and I was unable to figure out how to import to iVideo and then export to desktop from iVideo.
Can you tell me the specific steps for success?
For all the iPhones out there, surely someone can tell me how. thanks, Paul

No I cannot help you. Believe it or not most of people do not own iphones and I don’t think most Volunteers answering questions here own one either. Timethief. Thank you. I was hoping that some blogger who does have an iPhone and an Apple computer would respond. I did ask for help from WordPress support, but they did not respond. I will try them again.. Paul @Blogfinger
