Posting Links

I am not a journalist by trade. What is the proper etiquette for posting this on my site? And what is the most attractive way to post it? The news release is about me, obviously. Can I post it as a blog entry and trackback to the source? I mean,I know I CAN, but SHOULD I? I want to follow proper copyright procedure.

I clicked the press release link. At the very bottom of the page it’s on I found this:
“Official Web site of Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources ©2008 Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources | 64 N. Union Street, Suite 468 – Montgomery, Alabama 36130”
I suggest that you discuss the contents of the press release and your opinions pertaining to it in your blog post and link to is this way in your post

The code for doing that looks like this:
` Lake Record Spotted Bass Caught from Lake Purdy‘ -
Dang it’s executing the code even though I posted it between backticks. I’ll try again using backtick ‘ [ code ] ‘ If it does display then copy and paste it into your post but be sure to delete both of the square brackets []
