Posting my blog on facebook

When I posted the link to my blog on Facebook, the thumbnail image and the latest blog post did not show in the link. How do I update this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We have no control over the images that Facebook or any other social networks chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.

Sometimes this happens if you autopost via Publicize, or schedule a post on FB that hasn’t been published yet, since FB cannot pull the picture at the time you schedule the post. It can also happen if you hit ENTER too fast.
