  Hi there, if you find a WordPress.com site that is violating the Terms of Service or User Guidelines, you can report them using the form that opens after clicking on the three dots in the lower right corner of your screen while you are logged in to your account.

  Since this is a Terms of Service issue that is only be handled by the ToS team through that form, I’ll go ahead and close this thread. Best wishes.
