Posting NEVER works the first time

  Every time I write a new post and click “Publish”, I get an error saying that my post won’t publish. When I click “try again,” my post shows up without a title and I have to retype the title. Usually, I can then publish it to my site. It does this EVERY time I try to publish a new post. What can I do to stop it?
