Posting new blog posts to Facebook and Twitter and JetPack

  I recently moved my group blog from WordPress.org to WordPress.com. I have also repointed my domain name to the new WordPress.com site.

  Now I am trying to connect so that new blog posts will show up on Twitter and Facebook. I am getting an error message saying my Jetpack is out of date. If I am on WordPress.com isn’t my Jetpack always up to date? Not sure what to do next.

  Are you referring to auto-posting to social networks like Facebook by using the Publicize app?
