Posting New Content in Custom Menus Only

  Hello, every time I create a new post it goes under my ‘Home’ Menu. I know how to create category page/menus, so posts go there ALSO. I want new posts to ONLY go to the custom menu.
  Also, is there a way for my url to automatically go to a custom menu, instead of the ‘Home’ menu where all of my new posts go? For example, when people go to my url, I want them to be directed FIRST to a welcome page instead of the menu that holds all of my posts.
  Finally, is there a way to rename the ‘Home’ menu (that holds all of my posts) to something else. For example, it being ‘About Us’ instead, or something like that?
