Posting on Facebook

  When I choose the option to share my blog on Facebook the FB post shows the blog details and one of the photos in my blog. Is there any way to select which picture I’d like to feature? Thank you

  Hi @lesliekeelty.

  When you share on Facebook using the share button or pubicize feature, WordPress recommends an image to Facebook based on the following criteria:

  When you share the front page:
  The featured image from the front pages is used. If you have no featured image your site icon will be used.

  When you share a post or page:
  If the page or post has a featured image it will be used. If your don’t have a featured image it will use the images in on the page/post in order from top to bottom. If there are no images it will recommend a transparent image.

  There is no way to manually choose an image to use.
