Posting on multiple pages and rss feeds not in the sidebar

Lets assume my blog/website was about household pets……………

I would like to set up my blog/website in a way that I had a homepage(main blog), then dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish.
I want those sections to all be listed at the top of the page at all times. Every time I enter a new entry in the homepage(the main blog), if it is about dogs, I want it to automatically add to that dog page. If cats, then cat page, etc. I would also like each section, lets use the dog section for example, to also have 2 external rss feeds below the automatically updated portion of the page (These feeds could be from a dog show website, and a dog news site for example). I understand you can have rss feeds as a sidebar. But I want them right below my posts.

I have looked around for a little while on the forums, and I see a lot of stuff about blogrolls, categories, rss, and post splitting, but I am having a hard time trying to understand how I would go about doing this. Could anybody suggest how I create a site like this.

    Thank you!
