posting on pages

  i want to put posts on different pages, like tabs, sort of, like if i want a page on baking,
  and a page on photography, it would be cool if i could select where i could put the post.
  I tried categories, but it wasn’t like it. I just figured out the differences between wordpress.org and com,
  and found a plugin for this, but i like wordpress.com better and i am clueless on coding and stuff like that.
  if you wordpress people want to add this to wordpress.com, you don’t have to pay me or give credit,
  my payment would be using wordpress with that option.
  I’ve spent a week trying to figure out if i could put posts different places,
  but I’m stumped.
