Posting on specific pages
-
I’m new, my friend and I made our blog some days ago and now we’re having a few hiccups. I’d like to know to to post on specific pages that we’ve created that appear on our menu bar. We’ve figured out how our newest blog page would appear on our home page but we’ve created a ‘Food’ page to posts recipes outside of your regular post, this would make it easier to navigate for our readers and also for us to, the posts would not be cluttered and look messy. Any help on this would be awesome. In addition to that, would resetting the theme we’ve chosen to its original setting remove the content we have thus far? What are categories? How do I set this up?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, it sounds like you might want to head over to the special tutorial at https://learn.wordpress.com and get familiar with the platform. That will help with basic questions.
Posting on category pages can be done once you have published posts and tagged them with a specific category. Here’s more on that:
Categories: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/
Category Pages: https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/
Custom Menu: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/Your site content will remain even if you change your theme. If you want to delete your content and start over using the same site address, you can check out this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
Let us know if you need help on any of that.
