  Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc. What you surf the web with and work on wordpress with.

  thanks for not making me feel like the idiot i appear to be! i used internet explorer. and then tried aol explorer. nothing on either.

  it could just be a problem with Explorer. It upgraded a few days ago and since then it hasn’t worked for me at all!

  Have you tried Firefox? it’s very easy to use and doesn’t take much space to download. And we can see your PDF with it. I’m assuming older versions of Explorer can as well, since IE 7 worked okay.

  well, that would explain why i initially was able to see it. i’ve been trying for 2 days now to fix the pdf links! argh. you know, i’ll try downloading firefox tomorrow. i’m pretty beat now. can’t thank you enough for your kindness and help!
