posting photos with citation

  Hi there- Can someone explain to me how I can use that tool that offers copy-right free photos for my blog and then cites them? It was there last night but isn’t anymore. I feel stupid for saying this, but I also don’t know how to get back to the dashboard. It’s like something changed w/wordpress. Thanks for your help.
