posting pictures

Having issues posting my pics, my pics are so big, tried to edit to get it down but they are still big, then it won’t download and has errors. Is there any ideas anyone would have.

In the free photo-managing program Picasa, there’s an option to export your photo to another folder on your hard disk, and within that option you can specify a dimension. I usually take the default of 800 pixels. Then that exported photo is the one I post to my blog.

As your blog is set to “pirvate” we cannot see which theme you are using. Here’s a link to a helpful post which contains the maximum displayed image width for each theme. http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/07/23/maximum-image-width/In all cases the best approach is the one eridot points to. Prior to uploading images into your blog, if you resize your images so they do not exceed the maximum displayed image width for your theme you will achieve better image quality as the cropper does not come into play.

Is there a way to post like pictures albums in WordPress? Or I cannot like post the entire album of mi last trip and things like that?

You can use Gallery for the pictures. Have a Post for your trip then add the pictures.
