posting "posts" in a new tab.

  So I am a blogging newbie and WordPress is pretty confusing through my eyes, I have spent hours on end trying to figure it out but I am making little progress. so here is my question on my blog I have “pages” when I create a page it adds a tab to the top of my blog next to my other tabs and “home” button. Is there a way to send a “post” to one of those tabs instead of the home page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Pages are static and sit outside the blogging structure. What you want to do to organize posts is use categories and then you can put the categories into the top navigation using the custom menu feature.
