Posting problem / I can’t post

I can’t post. I just created an account WITH blog but I still can’t post anything. It seems that the “dashboard” is missing.
I only see: Dashboard in the left corner with beneath; blog stats, blog surfer, my comments, etc.

Try this: Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.

No I don’t see that @ thesacredpath.
I use IE8 or Safari, both nothing
Cleared cache and cookies still does not work
