What is the best way to post anything from anybody anywhere to my blog

I’m not sure what you mean here :) Are you asking how to post content from another WordPress.com blog onto worldcommunityforracialjustice.wordpress.com?
If so, the Reblog button may do what you are looking for (if the site owner offers that option):
If you are referring to content where the Reblog button isn’t available, I recommend checking to see if there is a copyright notice and contacting the site owner for permission to use their content if you are unsure.

I don’t want to reblog what I want to do is post content from like the Washington Post and have the content of the post or video show up in my blog it was working before if you look at my past blogs but now it only shows the URL and I don’t want to post just the URL I want to post a content

And furthermore with the page problem I created a new page to be within the world Community for racial Justice it’s called African American History Channel it does not show up as a separate page it shows up as a Blog Page I wanted to be a separate page with a comment below and like share buttons

Might you be referring to an RSS feed? That would allow the last few posts from some other site to appear on your site. Here’s how to set that up:

About the page you created, please click here:
https://worldcommunityforracialjustice.wordpress.com/blog/african-american-history-channel/Click edit, and on the page attributes, get rid of the parent page. Toggle “top level” or select “no parent” (depending on your screen). Then save the changes.
You may also need to head to Customize > Menu and add a link. Here’s how:
