Posting Shut Down Because of Content?

    I am so furious; my ability to upload photos and post to this blog has been revoked. There’s a box on my dashboard saying the following:

    Warning: We have a concern about some of the content on your blog. Please click here to contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue and re-enable posting.

    However — WordPress Support is gone until next week! What kind of moronic people set an auto-content-blocking routine up, without any way to actually monitor or resolve it? I just convinced my Admissions director to move to WP instead of Blogger, and WP pulls this kind of crap?

    I need to be able to put content on my blog ASAP. This is for an admissions event, and the material is time sensitive.

    Hi. This is between you and WordPress.com and they will not discuss this issue on these forums in public.

    Go to your dashboard and look for a very large and obvious warning with a “Click here to contact us as soon as possible” link. That link works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed).

    I would like to add the following note:

    I WORK FOR A K-8 CHILDREN’S SOCIAL JUSTICE SCHOOL.

    What kind of well-thought-out auto-censor thinks I’d have anything to say that would be worthy of ‘concern’ and therefore blocked?

    @airodyssey: I’ve been trying to do so, but I’m not getting any response!

    I get a response from a volunteer within seconds, but nothing from the actual people that run WP?

    (The error reporting link, by the way, takes you to a not-at-all-intuitive form, and the button you have to click on says ‘report blog’ not ‘report error’ — a choice of words that is completely useless, in this case.)

    This is ridiculous.

    Mistakes are sometimes made – but you still need to deal with the TOS people as none of us unpaid volunteers in the forum can enable your posting – could be a link that looks like an affiliate or an ad – also it is policy not to discuss TOS issues in the forum.
