Posting something with method not allowed

Error of method not allowed. I do not understand as I have always been using this method for a long while and suddenly receive this error. What is the problem and what method is no longer allowed?

Do you mean the cheating uh error message?
If you do then know that the cheating uh message only appears
(1) if you are not logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator
and/or
(2) if you don’t have third-party cookies enabled on your browser.

I was trying to submit a blog about the makeup that I used with inspiration of Elsa from Frozen with an image. How do I post the image, I took a screen shot of it.
“Oops! an error occurred while saving the post. That method is not allowed” -
I’ve never heard of that error message. You have to upload the image first, then you can put it in the post.

its my personal picture, I have it saved on my pictures file on my computer. What I was posting was the items I used to recreate it that are in my store. I did not place a store link but the links for people to try and add me on their social sites, but then I removed the links and still got the error message.
