posting state licensing forms for parents to print out.

    I would like to have my Enrollment Forms available for parents to fill out and print out. I have them all in separate pdf format, but I do not know HOW to attach them on my site page.
    I want to title it ‘ENROLLMENT FORMS’ and have each form listed where it can be clicked on and go directly to their word document for them to fill out. I saw another preschool site had this option. Let me know if this is possible with my premium plan.
    I would write this above the list:Parents; you may print out the following Enrollment Forms and fill them out by hand OR fill them out in ‘word’ (using Acrobat or Reader choosing Tools and Fill & Sign) and then print them out; or choose to pick up an enrollment packet in person at the center between either 8am-11am OR 3pm-5pm. Then, after your child has been accepted for enrollment, you can e-mail the documents ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) OR deliver them in person on or before your child’s first day.

    b) Completed “Emergency Contact Information” form
    c) Tuition (check, cash or direct deposit via Facebook) for the first month
