Posting still not re-enabled on this account. Please help!

  A month ago there was a problem with the card associated with this account, now that has been resolved, posting still hasn’t been re-enabled, despite 5 emails to support. I’ve heard nothing back and urgently need my website up and running! What do i do? I’ve explained the problem, added my email and website url. I’m stumped.
