Posting time is wrong

  I’ve noticed that the time associated with my site is off. I originally noticed because when I check out my states, the stats for the next day usually start around 4:00pm the day I’m looking. This wouldn’t be a big deal but it makes it really hard to schedule posts since I haven’t 100% figured out how many hours my site is off. Is there a way to manually set what time it is? Thanks!
