  how do I post a case study to the case study section of my site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Posts on blogs automatically get published on the main RSS feed, which is by default displayed on your home page. The only way to have posts automatically appear somewhere else is to create a category page.

  First, you’ll need to create a post and create and assign the relevant category, in this case, “Case Studies”. Then you’ll need to create a custom menu and add the Case Studies category to that menu as a category page. Then all posts assigned to that category will appear both on your main feed, but also on the category page.
