Posting to a specific page

How do you have your post go t a specif page rather than just having one page where every new post shows? I want to separate it and have translations on one page, reviews on another, etc.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your posts will always accumulate to one page, but Category pages will do exactly what you need.
You decide which categories you want (Translations, Reviews, etc)
