Posting to blog automatically

hi,
is it possible for me to post on my blog automatically with some snippets when i add a page to my website?
The idea here is that the blog would be used for personal posts as well as some from the main website. personal posts will be in full when i write, however, auto posts will be extracted from website. any plugins that allow this?

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot intsall plugins, upload third-party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
