Posting to certain Pages

How do I specify which post goes on which page? I click “new post” but im confused on how I tell it which page to post to.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy,
Your post will post generally to your site, meaning that since your site is setup to show your latest posts on the home page, it’ll show on the home page.
Additionally, you can set different categories for each post. Each category has a separate page and all posts in each category will be displayed on those pages.

Lastly, you can add these category pages to your menu through these instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/
