posting to facebook

  If I post to facebook will the entire blog be sent. Would like to post something but not scare readers away. Thanks, Jack

  Facebook doesn’t show the entire blog post. It just shows the thumbnail image (if available) and excerpt.

  You can test this yourself by copying the post link and pasting it in the Update Status box in the Facebook. You don’t have to click the Post button yet. When you paste the link and wait a moment, Facebook grabs your post and shows the thumbnail image and excerpt.
