Posting to Facebook and WordPress together

I have been putting a lengthy post on Facebook at 10.45 every night for a long time.
I was using buffer to make this work.
I wanted to continue putting that post on Facebook, but also have it on WordPress, to extend my audience.
I started by getting WordPress to put my posts on Facebook, but it only added a link and not the post.
    I wasn’t happy with that.
So I used iffft to make sure that my posts on Facebook were also posted to WordPress.
I now have to log onto WordPress to change the title each day.
Is there any way I can get ifttt or WordPress to recognise that the first line of my Facebook post is a title?l

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Search engines aim to deliver the most recent and relevant content on any keyword search ion their results. People who create duplicate content across domains are search engine gamers who corrupt search engine page results and IMO ought to be smacked down until they smarten up. See here for how Google views the same content being duplicated across domains https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/66359?hl=en

Staff’s position is that if your blog here is only a copy of a blog somewhere else (like FB) that it be set to private, otherwise it may be suspended as a spam duplicate, which it is.

Well! Excuse me for disturbing you with a request for help…
This is what I read before I posted it…
Please keep comments on the topics at hand and not on other members of the community. Thanks!
So I never expected anyone to suggest that I ought to be “smacked down until I smarten up.”
And the day I start worrying about what Google thinks about how I behave will be a very sad day indeed.
And Besides.. Facebook is for my friends… WordPress was for what my nephew Michael calls intelligent, literary people, who might just enjoy the things that I share with my friends.
And Spam is what I would call the sort of stuff that many of the handful of people who have decided to “follow” me over the past couple of weeks on WordPress are clearly in the business of creating.. With their links to ruddy silly “business” websites, and thinly veiled appeals for my money (not that I have any)
So… Report me and have me suspended. I value my Facebook friends more than most of the people I have met on here so far any road.
But I think it would be a shame to make me choose between the two.
And I know who I would choose. Why would I want my friends to have to click away from a site that they are familiar and comfortable with in order to read my messages to them?
