Posting to Facebook problem

  Sometimes when I try and share a post to Facebook, the post’s image and description doesn’t come up on my Facebook page. Why is that and is there a way fro me to fix that? It works most of the time, but when it doesn’t, it’s very frustrating as I don’t want to post to Facebook without these things. Suggestion?
