  Currently my post is going to my FB page. I wish the post to go to my work FB inventory clerks 4 u page. What do I do for this to happen please?

  Is “Inventery Clerks 4 u” your another FB page?
  If so then publicize your WP blog to FB (http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#facebook). Follow all the steps there. The last step there will ask you with which you want to publicize.
  Select whichever you like, you account, your one page or the other one.
