Posting to friends on MSN

  When I was switching over to WordPress from MSN Live Spaces, it asked me if I wanted to post new updates back to my friends. I wasn’t sure originally if I wanted to do that, but now I’d like to. I’ve been searching on here for an hour on how to actually do that! Any idea?
